Canaves Oia

The Chaidemenos family's Canaves Collection runs four Santorini properties: Ena, Oia Suites, Epitome and Sunday. Canaves Oia Suites has 46 suites and villas at the top of Oia, with the Petra restaurant and a grotto spa cut into the cliff.

Cave suites cut into the caldera cliff at Oia. If you have decided on Oia, this is the address. Almost every category has a plunge pool of its own, and a handful are built around something larger: the Infinity Pool Suite, an executive suite with a cave pool, and a three-bedroom villa with an infinity pool. Petra handles dinner, with a balcony service timed to the sunset, in-room dining, and a private dining room. The spa is set inside a 17th-century wine cave and works with Valmont, Cinq Mondes and Kos Paris, with a gym and yoga and pilates alongside it.
