- Account & membership data — if you create an account or subscribe, our membership provider (Memberstack) processes your email address, password, and subscription status on our behalf.
- Enquiries — if you email us or use an “Upon Request” form, we receive the contact details and message you send.
Information collected automatically
- Technical & usage data — your hosting/CDN provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and operation.
- Analytics — with your consent, Google Analytics measures aggregate, de-identified usage. See our Cookie Notice.
- Your saved list — the “save to list” feature stores your selections in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To operate the site and provide membership/subscription access.
- To respond to your enquiries and requests.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
- To understand aggregate usage through analytics (only with consent).

How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it, and server logs for a limited period for security. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@halastudio.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
