What you get

  1. A day-by-day plan, hour by hour

Built around the actual length of your trip, your pace, and the things you've already done.

  2. Where to sleep, at the budget you set

Real hotels, the room categories worth booking, the ones worth skipping, for whatever you've decided to spend.

  3. Where to eat, and what to order

Restaurants, bars, the noon pizza place, the late-night counter. The dish, not just the address.

  4. The right neighborhoods, in the right order

Which to spend time in. Which to walk through once. Which to skip without missing anything.

  5. Things to do — booking notes included

What earns the queue, what doesn't, and the reservations you should make before you leave.

  6. Delivered as a single document, within 72 hours on weekdays.

PDF in your inbox. No app, no dashboard, no login. The thing you'd hand a friend.

  7. A person on the other end, while you're there

Text us. If the weather turns, a restaurant closes, you change your mind, you want a last-minute idea, there's a person on the other end. Itineraries are static; trips aren't.

How it works

Two rounds of revisions, included.

If the first draft isn't the trip you want, say so; we rework it. Two full revision rounds are part of the price; anything beyond that, we quote before touching. And to be plain about our role: we plan, we don't book. Every reservation is made by you, in your name; the itinerary tells you exactly what to book, where, and when.

After you're back, we ask how it went. What worked, what didn't, what to tell the next person. The guides get sharper because of it.

If any of this sounds familiar

When you'd want one.

  1. You're going to Lisbon for ten days and don't want to spend the next month researching.

  2. You've been to Rome four times. You want the fifth somewhere you haven't been yet.

  3. It's your fortieth and your partner does not want to plan it.

Two ways to commission

Guide. Or handled.

Standard

Upon Request

$85 one time

The full itinerary document: the route, the hotels at your budget, the reservations to make, and the order to do it in.

You take it from there: the bookings, the reservations, the tickets, the driver if you need one.

For travellers who want the editorial, not the admin.

Commission standard
Handled

Concierge

$400 one time

Everything in the standard commission, and we handle the logistics. Restaurant reservations made, hotel rooms booked, museum tickets secured, a driver arranged if you need one.

For trips where you don't want to think about logistics, only show up.

For when you'd rather not plan any of it yourself.

Commission concierge

Both include someone reachable while you travel. Text us when the weather turns, when a place is shut, when you want a last-minute idea.

The commission

Tell us about the trip.

The more you give us, the better the itinerary. There are no wrong answers.

Standard is the document. Concierge is the document plus we handle the bookings.

Optional. But it changes the itinerary materially.

A person reads every one of these.

Payment opens after you submit. Itinerary lands in your inbox within 72 hours.
