Six villas on the quiet Skaros side of Imerovigli, sharing an infinity pool built on the caldera's edge.
Six villas on the Imerovigli ridge, named rather than numbered: Charissa, Zaneti, Anezina, Feggeri, Elidami and Marily. They are whitewashed over volcanic stone near the top of a steep slope on the northern half of Santorini, and they sit directly on the ancient footpath that links Oia with Imerovigli and Fira, which means the island's best walk begins at the door rather than after a drive. Private verandas open onto an infinity pool built on the caldera's edge, with the volcano and the open Aegean in front of it. The service is small-hotel rather than resort: reception around the clock, room service, and a doctor on request, with airport and port transfers arranged at extra cost. What you are buying is a real caldera position without an Oia address, which is most of the view for a good deal less of the money.
