A cliff-edge seafood room in Fira above Town Hall square, named for the Akrotiri Bronze Age date, with a kitchen that leans hard on what came in at Vlychada that morning. Whole grilled fish, raw seafood platters, a deep Santorinian wine list. One of the few caldera-side rooms you'd come back to for the cooking, not just the view. Reserve the terrace.
