Glafkos

A family taverna on Agios Dimitrios Beach, a small cove a 5-minute walk east of Naoussa, with no website and no need for one. A few tables on the water, a hand-written daily list, and no ambitions beyond the cove, which is why it works. The fried calamari is the textbook version (golden, light, not chewy), the sardines come grilled whole, the salad is whatever the garden gave up this week. Walk-ins; cash easier than card.
