If All'Arco is the connoisseur's bacaro, Lele is the people's. The mini-panini — crisp little rolls filled with cheese, salami, mortadella, or vegetable spreads — cost €1 each. Wine starts at €0.80. Standing room in the campo out front. Cash only, no seating, opens at 6 a.m. for the workers and closes at 8 p.m. The first or last ombra of the trip, depending on direction.
