The cantina that put Sagrantino on the international map. Marco Caprai's 25-Anni cuvée is the one to taste. Tours and tastings need booking ahead; the standard one runs 90 minutes through five wines, including the structured Sagrantinos. Pair the tasting with lunch on the terrace if it's offered.
