A modern glass-and-granite tasting room cut into a hillside between Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo, ringed by its own Vermentino vines. Nine tasting experiences run €45–90 per person, and the kitchen does a proper Sardinian lunch if you book it. Five of the twelve labels are Vermentino di Gallura, two of them DOCG Superiore; the two Cannonau reds are the sleepers.
