The Venetian-era walled quarter on the hill behind the harbour: narrow lanes, coats-of-arms over doors that haven't moved since 1207, the small Archaeological Museum (Cycladic figurines), and the Bazeos Tower out near Sangri if you've got time. 90 minutes, end of the afternoon.
