An 8-villa private estate on Tinos: eco-built and sea-facing, several with private pools, a large shared infinity pool, and a full kitchen in every villa. The Tinian stay for a longer week.
Eight sea-facing villas on a private estate above Agios Fokas, about 4 km out of Tinos town, ranging from a 100-square-metre Comfort villa through the 150-metre Premium to the 180-metre Grande, with several taking a private pool. The shared infinity pool runs 15 metres by 7.5 and is open through the day, and the gardens between the villas are planted with olive trees, vines, herbs and flowers. There is deliberately no restaurant. Every villa has a fully equipped kitchen, food delivery is available, and the estate will hand you the details of a private chef or a caterer if you would rather someone else cooked, which suits an island people come to for its tavernas. Housekeeping, linen and maintenance are included, reception is staffed through the day, and yoga, pilates, diving, windsurfing, wine tasting and boat excursions can all be arranged. The Tinos stay for a longer week.
