The newer-generation yogurt bar a short walk from the Acropolis. "Pilino" means clay: the yogurt is hand-strained and set in small clay pots, topped with wild thyme honey and seasonal spoon sweets. Smaller and quieter than Stani, the third pick if you're working through the city's yogurt argument over three mornings.
