Kalamida 9 in Psyrri: a 19th-century candle shop the owners kept partly intact (the candles still sell from the back wall), reopened as a modern-Greek dining room. Michelin Plate in 2024 and 2025, an all-Greek wine list leaning hard into low-intervention bottles, a small garden under a lemon tree for summer. Smaller and quieter than the Michelin-starred rooms, and the booking you don't have to make six weeks out.
