Hytra's one-Michelin-star modern Greek kitchen on the rooftop of the Onassis Cultural Centre (Stegi) on Syngrou, starred since 2010 (when Nikos Karathanos held it), now under chef Yiorgos Felemengas. At this price, the kitchen doing the most in the city, and we'll defend the claim. Conceptual tasting menus that read the Greek pantry through a global lens; rooftop in summer, ground floor in winter. Add a play downstairs.
