A walk-up counter on Aiolou Street that built the Athens falafel argument: falafel fried to order, stuffed into hand-cut pita with tahini, pickled cabbage, hot sauce, and fresh herbs. €4 a pita, eaten standing on the sidewalk. The vegetarian answer to souvlaki, and the line moves fast.
