The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre's two-Michelin-star dining room, and Greece's only 2-star restaurant. Chef Giorgos Papazacharias opened it in July 2021; it received two stars and a Green Star in the 2022 Guide after its first evaluation. A single 12-course Omnivore tasting menu, on Renzo Piano's rooftop on the south edge of Athens, looking across the SNFCC's olive groves to the Saronic Gulf. Time it with the Greek National Opera in the building below.
