The seventh-floor rooftop of the A for Athens hotel, directly on Monastiraki Square, with about the most head-on Acropolis view a casual bar in the city will give you. The drinks are fine, the food is fine, the view is why you came. Get there by 7 p.m. for a railing seat at sunset in summer; stay for the post-dinner drink crowd at 11.
