Founded 1830. The historic café in front of Amalfi's Duomo, still making the sfogliatella Santa Rosa.

Six generations of the same family. The sfogliatella Santa Rosa is attributed to the nuns at the convent in Conca dei Marini, now Monastero Santa Rosa. Order it warm in the morning with espresso, standing at the counter.
