Twenty rooms in a 17th-century Dominican convent, painstakingly restored; the original cloister, chapel, and refectory are still standing and still in use. The spa is built into the convent's vaulted cellars. Il Refettorio (1 Michelin star) sits in the original dining hall under chef Alfonso Crescenzo, with herbs from the convent garden replanted and tended by the hotel since the restoration. Quieter and more contemplative than the Positano hotels.
