The pizzeria from Eat, Pray, Love and 155+ years of Neapolitan opinion. Margherita or marinara from €5.50 (variations with extra mozzarella push to €6.50–7). The dough is wet, the crust is leopard-spotted, the cornicione puffed. Take a number outside, plan on 1–2 hours in travel season, eat at a shared table.
