Two operations under one name. The main Collina Positano Bakery sits at the top of the pedestrianised town near the vehicle drop-off: full pastry menu, sit-down service, cards accepted. In summer they run a standalone granita cart down at Spiaggia Grande: sfusato amalfitano lemons, ice, sugar. That's it. Eaten standing on the beach with a wooden spoon, cash is faster than fumbling for a card.
