Hala says

A pair of restored 19th-century fishermen's houses on Ortigia's quieter seafront: 26 unique rooms split across two buildings a few metres apart. Minimalist, whitewashed, antique-tiled.

A pair of restored 19th-century fishermen's cottages on Ortigia's Lungomare Vittorini: two adjacent but structurally separate buildings (the main hub at No. 18 and the annex at No. 26) operated as one quiet hotel. Rooms are pared-back: whitewashed walls, antique majolica floors, simple linens, no TVs in most. Breakfast is organic and house-made, served on a small seafront terrace. There's no spa and no pool; while there's no traditional full-service concierge desk, the reception staff is knowledgeable and readily available with local recommendations and island logistics. What it has is a position that puts you ten minutes from the market and the duomo, but on a quieter stretch of the island.
