A 16th-century palazzo in Palermo's Vucciria district, long one of central Palermo's ambitious kitchens, in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide under new executive chef Tiziana Francoforte.
A converted sculptor's atelier on Via dei Cassari, near the old Vucciria market. Brazilian chef Mauricio Zillo led the kitchen from 2018 until October 2024; Tiziana Francoforte took over as executive chef in 2026, with the kitchen continuing in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide. Two tasting menus (fish and 'chef's choice'), plus à la carte. The wine list, put together by Antonio Lo Cicero, leans hard on Etna and Vittoria. €90–130 per head. Book a week ahead in season.
