Hala says

Three hours, starting at 9 a.m. — you meet the chef at Ortigia's daily market, shop for fish, vegetables, and bread together, walk back to a private kitchen on the island, cook three Sicilian classics (a pasta, a fish, a contorno), eat what you've made for lunch with wine pairings. The Sicilian Slow Food chapter runs a good version of this. €110–140 per person.
