Three hours from 9 a.m.: you meet the chef at Ortigia's daily market, shop for fish, vegetables, and bread together, walk back to a private kitchen on the island, and cook three Sicilian classics (a pasta, a fish, a contorno) to eat for lunch with wine pairings.
