Gli Uffici
The Cut· research-verified, not yet visited
In the MICHELIN Guide, on the second floor of Palazzo Boyl (Castello district), with a sunset terrace over the Bastioni.
Puglian-born chef Tommaso Sanguedolce (with French and Irish kitchen experience before Cagliari) runs a tight modern-Mediterranean line: local catch, French technique, a wine list that's almost all Sardinian. The long narrow terrace overlooks the Bastione di San Remy and out to the Gulf of Cagliari, framed by the bastion's four-seasons statues. At sunset (May–Sept) it's the table to book in town. Service is attentive without being stuffy. Two tasting menus; à la carte is shorter. The Cagliari dinner to book first.
