Hala says

Eighteen rooms and suites on Via dell'Arancio, in a mid-16th-century annexe of Palazzo Borghese, later a school for poor girls. Adelaide on site, under executive chef Gabriele Muro. Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and no rooftop bar.

Eighteen rooms and suites on Via dell'Arancio, a side street in the historic centre between the Corso and the Tiber: 15 luxury rooms plus three signature suites (the newest is the Suite dell'Arancio on the first floor). The building is a mid-16th-century Borghese property, one of the houses annexed to Palazzo Borghese, later a school for poor girls, now a boutique hotel. On-site is Adelaide, where Executive Chef Gabriele Muro champions seasonal Roman and Mediterranean ingredients, Campanian roots translated into contemporary Roman fine dining.
