A cellar restaurant in Ostuni, set in a 16th-century cave that was once a bakery oven. Closed Mondays.
Descending into a candle-lit cave carved out of the rock the city is built from would be enough on its own. The food backs it up: charcuterie boards thick with capocollo, the slow-cooked braciole over orecchiette, grilled fish for the table.
