A harbour-side seafood restaurant in Tricase Porto, run by the Coppola family, fishmongers there since 1985.
The Coppola family run it, in their home village on the Salento coast between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca. The pesce is what the local boats brought in that morning, picked from the case. Lampshades like fishing buoys, white-and-blue interior, a deckchair to wait on with a glass of Verdeca. Open all year for lunch and dinner, which is unusual for the coastal south. Closed Sundays.
