Three kilometers of karst caves under the Murgia, including the Grotta Bianca — pure white alabaster stalactites lit from below. The 70-minute full tour goes deep; the shorter 50-minute version skips the Grotta Bianca, which defeats the point. It's cold (15°C year-round) — bring a layer.
