Hala says
A boutique-hotel-as-living-museum inside an 18th-century palazzo a block from Basilica di Santa Croce: ten suites, plenty of art, a quiet rooftop.
Built in 1775 for Marquis Gabriele Bozzicorso by the architect Emanuele Manieri just steps from Basilica di Santa Croce, now a small, very well-appointed hotel. Ten suites, all different, all with original frescoed ceilings or Lecce-stone vaults. The breakfast room is a salon. The hotel sets aperitivo on the rooftop at sunset. Quiet, deeply Italian, no resort energy.
