An 18th-century villa on a wooded promontory at the southwest tip of the Bellagio peninsula, run by the FAI (Italy's National Trust). Reached only by boat or a half-mile walk through the woods. The gardens are the reason most people come; the interior contains explorer Guido Monzino's Everest and polar expedition collections. Casino Royale and Star Wars: Attack of the Clones filmed here. Closed Mondays and Wednesdays.
