Giulio and his dog Edda run small-group truffle hunts in the wooded hills outside Florence: white truffles in autumn and winter, black in summer. The hunt is about three hours through the forest, and the morning ends with a multi-course truffle lunch at his family farmhouse, estate wine and olive oil included. Rain or shine.
