Truffle hunting with Giulio

Giulio and his dog Edda run small-group truffle hunts in the wooded hills outside Florence — white truffles in autumn and winter, black in summer. The hunt is about three hours through the forest; the morning ends with a multi-course truffle lunch at his family farmhouse, with estate wine and olive oil.
