The Baldesi siblings opened this on Via Santa Monaca for the bread: long-ferment schiacciata, real croissants, sourdough loaves. Sit at the wooden communal table with an espresso and a slice of schiacciata with prosciutto. The almond croissants are gone by 10. Go before then.
