A 5,000-acre Rosewood estate centred on a restored medieval hamlet in the Val d'Orcia. The estate is one of the historic producers of Brunello di Montalcino, with Castiglion del Bosco wines among the labels. Forty-two suites in restored farmhouses around the village; eleven private villas dotted across the hills. Ristorante Campo del Drago (two Michelin stars, first in the 2023 guide, second in the 2025, under Tuscan-born Executive Chef Matteo Temperini) is the estate's fine-dining room; Osteria La Canonica is the cooking school. The Club at Castiglion del Bosco is a private golf course that hotel guests can play.
