Hala says

The covered food hall on the top floor of San Lorenzo's market: fresh pasta to order, decent pizza, real wine.

The ground floor is the traditional produce market; go there for cheese, salumi, fruit. The top floor, redone in 2014, is a food hall with individual vendors: pasta made-to-order, Neapolitan pizza, panini, a fish counter. Open all day, no reservations. Busy, and good across most stands.
