Hala says

The Buontalenti here is a mascarpone- and egg-rich vanilla named for the 16th-century Florentine architect.

The Buontalenti is the order. Created by Paolo Pomposi and trademarked by the shop, it's mascarpone-rich, vanilla-deep, and dense to the edge of too much. Go to the Campo di Marte original; the central shop near the Duomo is fine if you're nearby.
